Melissa Bailey
Melissa began her employment in our office in late 2009 and we feel very fortunate to have her as part of our eyecare team. Melissa is typically at the front desk and it is her smiling face that greets most patients as they arrive. Her primary duties, among many other things, include scheduling appointments, answering insurance and vision plan questions and assisting in processing those claims. She enjoys helping with frame selections and will assist with medical histories and contact lens instruction as needed. Most recently, Melissa discovered an interest in dispensing and adjusting glasses and after having trained with Sherry and Dr. Whitling, she has begun helping with those duties as well.
