Our practice made the transition to Electronic Health Records (EHR) in February 2011. We chose Revolution EHR because it is among the leading optometric EHR software applications to date and will allow for better documentation, provider communication and patient education. We have fully embraced this EHR and have outfitted our office with the necessary technology to take advantage of all the EHR software has to offer. We hope you will be impressed by the seamless integration and efficiency that this new technology offers and we're proud to offer this new service to our family of patients.

Our practice is pleased to announce that through Revolution EHR, we can now offer each patient access to his or her own Personal Health Record (PHR).  Your PHR allows you to review the personal information we have on file.  You can look up invoices and account information, view upcoming appointments and a clinical summary from completed visits.  You can even check on the status of a contact lens or optical order.   Please select the PHR INSTRUCTIONS link at the bottom of this page for a pdf document on how to access your account and call our office with any questions you might have.
